About Us

The Team Behind the Foundations.

Buyers vet the people as much as the company. Here's who we are, how we're built, and the leadership accountable for your project.

Who We Are

Self-Performed Foundations and Heavy Civil

Established in 2020 and operating as a standalone company since 2023, Underground Services is led by owner Chad Allen and self-performs the caissons, structural concrete and civil work that substations and energy facilities are built on.

Our leadership brings decades of deep-foundation and substation experience to a safety-first company — a 0.97 EMR and zero recordable incidents since work began in 2024.
